What does Seatown Window & Wash do?

We’re a locally owned exterior cleaning company in Brevard County, FL. We offer window cleaning, house soft washing, pressure washing, roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, screen enclosure and pool cage cleaning, and seasonal Christmas light installation.

Where do you provide service?

Throughout Brevard County — including Melbourne, West Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Palm Bay, Malabar, Indialantic and Satellite Beach — plus parts of Indian River County.

Do you clean windows inside and out?

Both options are available. Exterior-only cleaning covers the outside glass, frames, sills and screens. Interior & exterior service adds the inside glass, interior sills and tracks. Your quote always says which one you’re getting.

How do you clean windows?

Exterior glass is cleaned with a water-fed pole and purified (RO/DI) water, which dries spot-free and reaches second-story windows from the ground. Detail work and interior glass are finished by hand with a squeegee and microfiber.

What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to remove algae and mildew from siding, stucco and roofs without damage. Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces like driveways, pavers and walkways.

Do you clean out gutters or just wash the outside?

Both. A gutter cleanout removes leaves and debris from inside the gutters and off gutter guards, and checks the downspouts. Exterior washing removes the black streaks and grime from gutter faces, soffit and fascia.
