Water-fed pole on exterior glass
A soft brush on an extendable pole scrubs the glass with purified (RO/DI) water that has the minerals filtered out, so it dries without spots — and second-story windows are reached from the ground.

Doors, lower panes, and interior glass are finished with a squeegee and microfiber; frames and sills are wiped by hand.

Do you clean windows inside and outside?
We offer both. Exterior-only cleaning covers the outside glass, frames, sills and screens. Interior & exterior service adds the inside glass, interior sills and sliding tracks. Your quote will clearly state which one you’re getting — interior cleaning is never assumed.
What is a water-fed pole, and why do you use one?
It’s an extendable pole with a soft brush that delivers purified water, filtered through reverse osmosis and deionization (RO/DI). Because the water has no dissolved minerals, it dries spot-free without soap residue, and it lets us clean second-story glass safely from the ground. We still use a traditional squeegee for detail work and interior glass.
Can you clean second-story windows?
Yes. The water-fed pole reaches most second-story exterior glass on Brevard homes from the ground. If anything on your home needs a different approach, we’ll tell you when we quote.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
For most Brevard homes, two to three times a year keeps glass clear. Homes near the beach or with heavy pollen and sprinkler exposure often benefit from a quarterly schedule.
Can you remove hard water and sprinkler spots?
In many cases, yes. Light to moderate mineral spotting can be treated and greatly reduced. Severe, long-term etching may be permanent, and we’ll always let you know honestly what to expect.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not for exterior-only cleaning — just leave gates unlocked. For interior & exterior service we’ll schedule a time when you’re home.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we quote each one for free. Price depends on the number of windows, the number of stories, exterior-only versus inside & out, screens, and how much hard-water spotting there is.
