“Gutter cleaning” can mean two different things, so we price and describe them separately. You can book either one on its own, or both together.

What’s the difference between a gutter cleanout and gutter washing?
A gutter cleanout removes leaves and debris from inside your gutters and off your gutter guards, and checks the downspouts — it’s about drainage. Exterior gutter, soffit and fascia washing removes the black streaks, dirt and mildew from the outside surfaces — it’s about appearance. We offer both, separately or together.
Do you clean gutter guards?
Yes. Debris still collects on top of and around gutter guards, especially under oak trees. We clear it as part of a gutter cleanout.
How often should gutters be cleaned out in Brevard County?
Most homes do well with a cleanout once or twice a year — late spring, before the summer rainy season, is a good time. Homes under live oaks or pines may need it more often.
What are soffit and fascia?
The fascia is the trim board that runs along your roofline where the gutters attach; the soffit is the underside of the roof overhang. Both collect dirt, cobwebs, and staining that we wash off to freshen up your roofline.
Can you remove the black streaks on my gutters?
Yes — those dark “tiger stripes” are a common buildup we clean off regularly as part of exterior gutter washing, restoring the bright, uniform look of your gutter faces.
